“Acadian Cares” is a 12-letter acronym highlighting the promises necessary to provide the level of care our patients and customers deserve. Each letter represents a positive behavior standard reminding us of the Acadian customer care model, which has served us well for more than 46 years.
The Acadian Way
These promises are aimed at creating the ideal customer service experience. Wristbands are earned when an employee is seen demonstrating one of the twelve “Acadian Cares” promises. Along with a wristband for them to wear, a second band is received to “pay it forward” and recognize a fellow employee as they exhibit one of the promises.
