Billing & Insurance Information


As a courtesy, we will attempt to verify your insurance coverage, notify you of any required deposits and submit bills directly to your insurer. We recommend you obtain preauthorization for medical procedures when required by your insurance.

Patients, or their legal representatives, may inspect and/or obtain a copy of their medical records. Acadian Ambulance requires a completed and signed Authorization for Use and Disclosure of Protected Health Information before releasing any documents to anyone, including patients.

Membership to Save Money on Medical Expenses


The goal of the Acadian membership program is to provide benefits to members when they use the ambulance service. Acadian provides compassionate and highly skilled medical care to more than 21 million residents living across 62,000 square miles in Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee and Texas.
