Acadian Ambulance Throughput Solutions
Your Patient Throughput Partner
How can Acadian Ambulance efficiently manage your hospital’s throughput? Our solutions are designed to deliver comprehensive service under a sole provider, and help to reduce a patient’s length of stay and reduce ER hold times.
One of our hospital partners saw their ED holding times cut in half by using an online ordering system and a dedicated primary ambulance provider.
RAPTR
Acadian Ambulance’s RAPTR is an online transportation ordering platform that fully integrates with your electronic patient records, is HIPAA-compliant, and securely transmits data between various systems required for transportation scheduling of all types. The platform integration includes Single Sign On, reducing the number of steps needed to make your request.
When the transportation request is made, information is seamlessly sent to Acadian Ambulance’s dispatch center, and your staff can receive real-time status alerts so they’re in the loop of where their requested transportation is.
Within a single system, RAPTR connects hospitals to any level of transportation offered by Acadian Ambulance — from non-medical transportation wheelchair vans to ALS, BLS or CCT ambulances and specialty ambulances. RAPTR centralizes all modes of transportation into one, easy-to-use interface with countless customization options to create efficiencies for your team. It also assists facilities to achieve greater success in obtaining prior authorization numbers (PANs).
