Acadian’s Ouachita Parish operations team was nominated for a Thomas H. Scott Award of Excellence in the corporate category and won the Spirit of Life Award during an awards banquet held on Tuesday, June 4, 2019. The awards are presented annually by the Monroe Chamber of Commerce and honor companies making significant contributions to the Ouachita Parish economy through capital improvements, expansion, job creation and community involvement during 2018/2019. This year’s nominees collectively employ 4,165 people in Ouachita Parish and made capital investments of over $291 million.

Governmental Relations Manager Paul Fuselier, Operations Manager Taylor Richard, Senior Director of Operations Troy Guidry, Operations Coordinator Taylor Reine, Regional Vice President Mike Burney and Operations Supervisor Daniel Menard represented Acadian and received the award.
