Membership costs:
- $79.00 for a standard membership (individual or family [applicant, spouse, children up to 26 years of age])
$64.00 for a person with traditional Medicare and a supplemental policy
$79.00 for a person with only Medicare or a Medicare HMO (not eligible for the discount)
